I had a great stay overall! The front desk staff was super friendly and really took care of me. I loved the semi self-service setup; it gave me the freedom I wanted. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Plus, I appreciate that they retrieved my lost items; it shows they genuinely care about their guests.
The rooms could really use some upgrades. I noticed they were a bit worn out and lacking basic upkeep. The housekeeping service wasn't consistent either. I had to specifically request cleaning, and even then, it wasn’t thorough. A little more attention to detail would go a long way!

I recently stayed at this semi self-service hotel for a week while on a business trip, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They promptly retrieved my AirPods when I accidentally left them behind, showing true care for their guests. Plus, they offered flexible check-out options, allowing me to extend my stay by the hour. The place was clean, well-equipped, and provided a sense of autonomy that I appreciated greatly.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

We were impressed by the spacious and clean room at this hotel. The furnitures and deco may be a bit worn out, but overall, it provided a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were polite, friendly, and fluent in English, making communication effortless. Additionally, the hotel's location may be a little out of the city center, but there is convenient access to public transport within walking distance.
This place is definitely worth recommending to others, given its location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms.

the location of the hotel was easily accessible by public transport which made travelling around the city a breeze. the room was spacious and comfortable with a heater to keep me warm during the chilly weather. I enjoyed the convenience of the free-to-use laundry and gym facilities which saved me from packing too many clothes for my trip.
The breakfast at the hotel could have been better. Although it was acceptable, there could have been more variety and fresher options.

The room was spacious and offered a comfortable stay. The hotel was situated in a good location with plenty of public transport options nearby. The buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight - offering a good variety of food to choose from.
The hotel was definitely in need of some upgrades. The furniture was worn down, the decor was outdated and the cleanliness was just acceptable.

We were impressed by the spaciousness of our room at Check Inn Taipei Neihu. Despite some worn-out furniture, it was still comfortable and acceptable. The location was great, and the price was reasonable, compensating for any deficiencies. The staff was also kind enough to retrieve and hold onto my lost items, and even allowed us to stay past check-out time. I would highly recommend this hotel for a satisfying stay.

I recently had a great stay at a budget-friendly hotel that offered many perks. the location is slightly off the beaten path, but easily accessible via public transport. the rooms were spacious, and despite some wear and tear, they were clean and comfortable. the staff was extremely helpful; they helped me retrieve lost items and extended my check-out time. the breakfast could have used a little more variety, but it was satisfactory. the free laundry and gym facilities were a nice added bonus. My only complaint was the room decor being slightly outdated.
